Hi, I’m Jody.

I'm a dedicated real estate professional with deep roots in the Chippewa Valley. Growing up on a farm instilled in me a strong work ethic and appreciation for honesty that defines my career today.

My Professional Journey

In 2001, I moved to Eau Claire and attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire (UWEC), where I earned a degree in Sociology. I began my real estate career in 2010 with Edina Realty, quickly establishing myself as a respected REALTOR®. My experience includes navigating challenging market conditions, such as the subprime housing crash and the COVID-19 pandemic.

Personal Life and Community Involvement

I'm married to Ryan, and we're proud parents of four children. Our family loves outdoor activities, especially spending time on the lake, hiking, and enjoying nature. I own a restored 1957 wooden Thompson boat and am an active member of the Eau Claire Rotary Club.

My Professional Approach

I'm known for my communication skills and client-focused approach. I consider myself an "agent for life," maintaining long-term relationships with my clients. I have extensive knowledge of new construction and lake homes, having personally built a lake home near Winter, Wisconsin. My background in sociology and passion for real estate allow me to connect deeply with clients and navigate complex transactions with integrity and creativity.
